In particular, Merlin advises clients in the areas of oil & gas, mining, and telecommunications, with a particular focus on Africa and Southeastern Europe. Merlin studied law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, she is a lawyer qualified in France and member of the Paris Bar Association.
